    In the rare instance that our quality does not meet yours (and our own) expectations, such as immediate discoloration or damaged posts, we will happily repair products experiencing these manufacturing defects. Damages falling outside the scope of manufacturing responsibility include dents, chipped plating due to mishandling, and discoloration due to mistreatment or exposure.

    Our Policy:

    Repairs are offered on products purchased at full price within 60 days of receipt from For purchases from authorized wholesale partners, repairs are available within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Repairs are limited to manufacturing defects only. In cases of misuse, repairs are at the discretion and ability of Jennifer Fisher. All repairs require submission of the repair authorization form below.

    *Note: Jennifer Fisher currently does not offer product refurbishment or re-plating. We do not offer replacement for single earrings. For questions regarding jewelry care, please refer to our jewelry care page.

    Repair Process:

    If you are experiencing an issue and meet the criteria in our policy, please start a repair inquiry below. After submission, our customer service team will be in touch to gather photographs and discuss next steps. If approved for a repair, our team will send you a return label to ship the item and initiate an evaluation with our team of jewelers. Once confirmed defective, we will determine the best option to return your item as quickly as possible.

    If not deemed defective, we will reach out to discuss other options and necessary service fees to repair the damaged item. In the event an item arrives to us in a different condition than shown in photographs, the package will be rejected.
