About Jennifer Fisher
Twenty years ago, it all started with the dog tag. Jennifer struggled with infertility for years. When she became a mother, she wanted a necklace that represented her son. Something bold, meaningful, and unique. Nothing out there felt right, so she went to New York’s Diamond District and made it herself. Jennifer created a dog tag personalized with her son's name, Shane, worn on a heavy gold chain.
At the time, Jennifer was a celebrity stylist. Clients began asking her to make custom pieces, and when Uma Thurman wore a custom charm necklace on the cover of Glamour, the requests never stopped. What began as one piece of jewelry turned into something bigger, a way for women to tell their story. Each Jennifer Fisher piece embodies a bold aesthetic and refined attitude, celebrating self-expression and strength.
Jennifer’s distinct approach to jewelry design has earned recognition from the industry’s highest honors—she has been a finalist in the Vogue CFDA Fashion Fund, a two-time nominee for CFDA Accessory Designer of the Year, and she was named “The Queen of Hoops” by The New York Times in 2022. Her designs resonate with women worldwide, worn on Michelle Obama, Hailey Bieber, and Beyoncé.
Today, the Jennifer Fisher brand encompasses everything Jennifer loves - jewelry, food with artisanal seasoning and clean recipes, fragrance, and collaborations — including a home collection with CB2. Her mission remains the same: create pieces that are bold, elegant, personal, and meant to be lived in.
20 years in, and it’s just the beginning.
