• Orders shipping outside of the United States may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. Shipping charges do not include these fees.

• International deliveries may take longer depending on your destination country. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

• If you refuse an international shipment from jenniferfisher.com, you’ll be responsible for original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any customs fees incurred. These costs will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

• We charge only what it costs us to ship internationally. By law, we must declare the full value of your order; we cannot alter this.

• When you order from jenniferfisher.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with your country’s import laws. Duties, taxes, and carrier collection fees are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.

• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Jennifer Fisher. To request a refund of these fees, you’ll need to contact your local customs office directly.

• Some pieces may require special handling and, depending on federal, state, or local regulations, may not be eligible for international shipment.
