    How soon will my order ship?

    In stock fashion jewelry items will ship within 72 hours. Out of stock fashion jewelry may take 5 - 8 weeks weeks to produce and ship out.

    All fine jewelry is handmade in New York. All orders are produced once full advance payment is received. Fine jewelry takes approximately 5 - 8 weeks to produce and ship. It may be possible to expedite an order for an additional fee, please reach out to our sales team after your purchase. If we can accommodate, we will provide you with the additional cost and charge your credit card accordingly.

    Can I return my purchase?

    We do our best to accommodate all customer requests but we do have to follow a few rules. See the below for more information. Please note that we do not accept Jennifer Fisher jewelry purchased from any outside retailer.

    Fine Jewelry
    All custom made or personalized pieces are final sale. We are pleased to offer a one-time complimentary cleaning within one year of purchase. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

    Chains and ‘ready to ship’ Fine Jewelry
    Chains and ready to ship Fine Jewelry may be exchanged at our discretion within 10 business days of delivery for an alternate item or store credit only. No refunds.

    Fashion Jewelry:

    We accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 10 business days of delivery. Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges. No refunds.

    Other (Salt, Fragrance, Merch):
    All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. 

    Will my store credit expire?

    It wont. Don't feel like you need to rush to use it. We want you to love your Jennifer Fisher piece, and we know that true love takes time. Your store credit can be used in any of our stores, or online.

    I received the wrong item, what next?

    Oh no! Mistakes can happen sometimes (Our apologies!). Please reply to your email confirmation or reach out to us with your order number and an image of what you received and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

    What types of customization techniques do you offer?

    We can pretty much customize anything in our Fine Jewelry assortment. We have several methods to achieve your truly personal piece. Here is some information on each personalization method.

    Hand Stamping:
    We offer hand stamping on many pieces. In this process, the characters are individually hand hammered onto the piece after it has been casted. All stamping details and information can be found on the respective product pages. We use basic block font for all characters and capitals for all letters. All characters (with some exceptions) come in three sizes: small, medium and large.

    Inset Characters:
    Our Family Enamel, Family Gothic and Family Minimal Block collections are individually designed and produced. This is a more intricate process than our hand stamping, which achieves a cleaner, more elevated look. Sizing and placement of characters will be finalized by our team, unless otherwise requested by the customer when the order is confirmed. Additional characters may not be added after the piece is finished. We recommend Polished finish on these collections.

    Burnish Diamond Setting:
    We offer burnish diamond settings for characters on many pieces. Each diamond character is hand engraved and set. We use basic block font for all characters (with some exceptions) and capitals for all letters. Sizing and placement of the characters will be finalized by our team, unless otherwise requested by the customer when the order is confirmed. Additional characters may not be added after the piece is finished.

    Please note that images of all characters and enamel pieces are for visual reference only, the actual product may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from what is pictured. Diamond quantities used may also vary.

    Can I add new customization to something I already bought?

    Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our product and the production process, we aren't able to add personalization onto the piece after. We are more than happy to help you select another piece that will compliment your collection.

    What quality diamonds do we use?

    The diamonds in all our pieces are F-G color, VS1-VS2 in clarity.

    What is the difference between ‘fine jewelry’ and ‘jewelry’?

    Fine jewelry is made of solid 14k or 18k Gold, and made with natural diamonds. ‘Fashion Jewelry’ is a base metal of brass, plated in either 10k Yellow Gold, 14k Rose Gold or Silver with Rhodium finish.

    I want to purchase a gift (or received one), can it be exchanged?

    As long as the piece is from our brass collection, a fine chain, or ready to ship fine, don’t sweat it. You have 10 days from receiving to reach out to exchange for an alternate item or a store credit. If the piece was made to order or personalized, we hope you know someone with the same initials!

    My fashion jewelry is damaged, what do I do?

    My fine jewelry was damaged, can it be repaired?

    Thank you for your honesty. When jewelry is damaged by something other than daily wear, we can tell.

    How do I know if my Fine Jewelry purchase is ‘Ready to Ship’?

    We will tell you! It is clearly stated on each product page above the material selection if the piece is ready to ship, or made to order.

    Does your jewelry contain nickel?

    Nope. It is all nickel free.

    What will my packaging look like?

    Jewelry purchased on jenniferfisher.com or at a Jennifer Fisher store will be shipped with a Jennifer Fisher PVC bag.

    Jewelry purchased with one of our wholesale partners will vary and may not come with a Jennifer Fisher PVC bag.

    • If an order is placed on www.jenniferfisher.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

    • We have made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

    • All prices on www.jenniferfisher.com do not include any import duties, taxes and shipping charges.

    • When placing an order with www.jenniferfisher.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.
