Everything you need to know about our fine jewelry, craftsmanship, and services
Our fashion jewelry is expertly crafted from high-quality brass and finished in either gold or rhodium plating. Every pair of Jennifer Fisher hoops features solid 14K gold posts for lasting comfort and minimal irritation.
Our fashion jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed every day. Over time, signs of wear may naturally develop with regular use and exposure to moisture, lotions, perfumes, and other elements. Proper care and storage will help preserve the finish and extend the life of your jewelry.
We recommend removing your fashion jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping to help preserve the plating and finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, and moisture whenever possible.
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue. Avoid jewelry cleaners, abrasive materials, and harsh chemicals, as they may damage the plating.
Store each piece separately in a jewelry pouch or box in a cool, dry place. Keeping your jewelry away from moisture and direct sunlight will help prevent scratches and preserve its finish.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible fashion jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
