Clean and Cheesy Pasta Pomodoro
Tonight’s pasta was dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and insanely delish. The key here is to finish with fresh herbs; I used basil for this one. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 oz) box grain-free spaghetti (I like Jovial)
JF Simple Tomato Sauce, to taste
A dollop of dairy-free ricotta (I like Kite Hill)
Diary-free parmesan, shredded (I like VioLife)
Basil, chiffonade (I like Gotham Greens)
Fresh cracked black pepper. to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Olive oil, to taste
PROCESS
Step 1: Cook your pasta according to the package. When it’s done, drain and rinse to remove any starchy residue.
Step 2: Ladle over my JF Simple Tomato Sauce and toss for an even coat.
Step 3: Plate warm topped with a dollop of dairy-free ricotta, shredded dairy-free parm, fresh basil, cracked black pepper, JF Spicy Salt, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
