Grain free pasta coated in dairy free truffle cream sauce, fresh parsley, and JF Spicy Salt.

Grain Free + Dairy Free Truffle Cream Pasta

Totally clean, gluten, and dairy-free truffle sauce is perfect to ring in 2023! So delicious with fresh white truffle from, my favorite, Black Diamond Caviar, and plenty of JF Spicy Salt. Serves 2.


1 cup raw cashews, soaked
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove
¾ cup water
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Vegan parmesan, grated fine (I like VioLife)
White truffle, shaved then chopped (I like Black Diamond Caviar)

Italian parsley, chiffonade
JF Spicy Salt, to taste


Step 1: Boil the raw cashews for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Drain and add to your blender.

Step 2: In that blender, add your nutritional yeast, garlic clove, and water. Blend until creamy. Pour this mixture into a saucepan; warm over low to medium heat. Season with JF Spicy Salt and cracked black pepper; work in your grated, vegan parm and white truffle. Add water until you’ve reached your desired consistency. 

Step 3: Plate warm over a grain-free spaghetti. Finish with shaved white truffle, fresh parsley, and JF Spicy Salt. Enjoy!
