Speedy Grain Free Snack Pizza
Everyone was having pizza over Memorial Day Weekend, so here’s my clean version using AWG’s Everyday Rounds (my favorite new product), they’re grain-free and perfect for mini pizzas.
INGREDIENTS
AWG’s Everyday Rounds, toasted
Pizza sauce (I like Rao’s)
Vegan mozzarella, shredded (I like VioLife)
Pineapple, chopped
Cherry peppers (I like Jeff's Garden)
JF Mayo Free Ranch
PROCESS
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350º. Using the toasted rounds as a base, build upwards with your pizza sauce and a sprinkle of vegan mozzarella.
Step 2: Bake until the cheese has melted and they’re warm throughout.
Step 3: Top with chopped pineapple, cherry peppers, and my JF Mayo Free Ranch. Enjoy!
