Marinated Eggs
Marinated eggs are always a good go-to when you want to spice up my JF Jammy Eggs. Super versatile, these have a coconut amino-garlic-jalapeño flavor profile, but feel free to make substitutes to fit your palate. Serves 1.
INGREDIENTS:
2 JF Jammy Eggs, peeled
Marinade:
½ cup water
½ cup coconut aminos
½ tsp JF Spicy Salt
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 green onion stalks, sliced
¼ jalapeño, deseeded and diced
Toppings:
Turmeric kimchi (I like Small Town Cultures)
Sriracha (I like Yellowbird)
Green onion, sliced
Sesame seeds
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
PROCESS:
Step 1: In a tupperware, combine all of the ingredients for your marinade. Nestle in both of your JF Jammy Eggs; seal and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2: The next day, slice and serve over cauliflower rice. Top with kimchi, sriracha, green onion, sesame seeds, JF Spicy Salt, and ladle over extra marinade. Enjoy!
