Roasted Sweet Potato Fries with Creamy Dill Dip
I was in the mood for some sweet potato steak fries tonight. Serve these alongside my Creamy Dill Dip - so good, it’s the perfect bite! Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
Sweet Potato Steak Fries:
1 large sweet potato, skin on, cut into wedges
Olive oil
Cumin
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Smoked paprika
JF Curry Salt
Creamy Dill Dip:
1 container plain coconut yogurt (I like Cocojune)
A handful of fresh dill, torn
2 garlic cloves, minced
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Olive oil, to taste
Fresh lemon juice, to taste
Lemon zest, to taste
PROCESS
Sweet Potato Steak Fries
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425º.
Step 2:Toss your sweet potato wedges in olive oil and coat generously in the cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and JF Curry Salt.
Step 3: Convection roast until golden brown and crispy on the exterior.
Creamy Dill Dip
Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the plain coconut yogurt, dill, garlic, JF Spicy Salt, cracked black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and zest.
Step 2: Serve alongside our sweet potato fries topped with extra dill and JF Spicy Salt.
