Shrimp Hand Rolls

Super simple shrimp hand rolls that are completely grain-free and clean. Customize with your choice of toppings and enjoy! Serves 4


1 Tbsp olive oil
4 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
24oz bag cauliflower rice
JF Spicy Salt
30 shrimp (I like Dominick’s)
Sushi nori


Cucumber, deseeded and diced
Avocado, sliced
Green onion, sliced on the diagonal
JF Spicy Salt
Garlic sauce (I Iike Coconut Secret)
Coconut aminos (I like Coconut Secret)


In a large sauté pan heat olive oil, green onions, and garlic.

Over medium heat add cauliflower rice and season with JF Spicy Salt, mix and let it cook down.

Halfway through add additional olive oil, allowing the rice to brown and slightly fry over the heat.

Rinse and devein the shrimp. In a separate pan heat olive oil. Add shrimp and JF Spicy Salt. Sauté until cooked through.

Assemble hand rolls on sushi nori using cauliflower rice as the base and topping with cucumber, avocado, green onion, JF Spicy Salt, garlic sauce, and coconut aminos. Enjoy!
