Sweet and Spicy Yogurt Bowl
Recently I’ve received a lot of breakfast requests that don’t include eggs or avocado. This is a bit of a sweeter note, with the perfect spicy-salty balance creating that perfect bite. Serves 1.
Instructions
INGREDIENTS:
1 plain coconut yogurt (I like Cocojune)
1 date, chopped
Berries
Maple syrup, to taste
Cinnamon, to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
PROCESS:
In a bowl, layer your plain coconut yogurt as the base and top with the chopped date and berries. Drizzle over a touch of maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon and JF Spicy Salt. Enjoy!
