Egg salad topped with shiitake mushrooms, green cabbage, fresh torn dill and a dash of JF Spicy Salt.

Oddly Delish Warm Egg Salad

Pre-flight fuel was so good today. Minimal effort required here, but it tastes delish! Serves 1.


Olive oil
Shiitake mushrooms
2 eggs
Green cabbage, sliced thin on the mandoline
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh dill, torn


Step 1: In a large pan, warm the olive oil over medium/medium-high heat and begin to sauté your mushrooms.

Step 2: Once those have softened, crack in both eggs, frying them until the whites are opaque and yolks still runny.

Step 3: Served this warm over sliced green cabbage and finish with my JF Spicy Salt and fresh dill. Enjoy!
