Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, starting from the day the shipment is delivered.
Returns can be either refunded back to the original payment method or as store credit. There are no cash returns. Exchanges can only be made via mail.
Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear, depending on your bank.

- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging

Return Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a $9.95 return fee, which will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
Exchanges are free and not subject to the $9.95 return shipping cost.
International Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you. International customers are responsible for paying taxes, duties and shipping costs associated with the return. Please reach out to support@jenniferfisher.com to start your return.
