Return Policy
Refunds and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after your order is delivered.
Returns can be either refunded back to the original payment method or as store credit. Exchanges can be made via mail or in Jennifer Fisher stores.
Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear, depending on your bank.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- All returns must include the original packing slip.

Return Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a $9.95 return fee, which will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
Exchanges are free and not subject to the $9.95 return shipping cost.
International Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for paying taxes, duties and shipping costs associated with the return. All returns must be submitted through our official returns portal. We are not responsible for any items returned outside of this process.
