Crispy Crunchy Salad

I wasn’t in the mood for lettuce today and lately I've been really into the crispy vibe of cabbage in salads. Today is a combo of green cabbage, radicchio, red onion, radish, beets, tuna, cilantro, and JF Curry Salt topped with JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette. The perfect working lunch. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS

Green cabbage, shredded
Radicchio, shredded
Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
Radish, sliced thin on the mandoline and cut into matchsticks
Red onion, sliced thin on the mandoline
Beets, chopped
Tuna, flaked (I like Tonnino)
Cilantro, coarsely chopped
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
JF Curry Salt, to taste

PROCESS

Step 1: In a large bowl, using the shredded cabbage and radicchio as a base, begin to build your salad.

Step 2: Layer in the jalapeño, radish, red onion, and beets. Top with the flaked tuna and cilantro.

Step 3: Dress in my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette and finish with JF Curry Salt. Enjoy!
