Everything Style Salmon Bite Bowl

I wanted to do a new salmon dish so I’m going to do it using the Everything Style Spicy Salt instead of just my usual garlic to make a salmon bite bowl that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS

Maple Syrup
Sesame Oil
Everything Style Spicy Salt
Wild salmon, chopped and removed skin
Cauliflower Rice
Roasted Broccoli
Green Onion

PROCESS

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees convection roast

Step 2: Place chopped pieces of salmon on a baking sheet covered in tinfoil

Step 3: Drizzle maple syrup and sesame oil over the salmon. Eyeball this based on desire for sweetness

Step 4: Add generous amount of Everything Style Spicy Salt to each piece

Step 5: Convection roast for 2-4 minutes. Switch oven to broil for another 2 minutes.

Step 6: Put cauliflower rice and roasted broccoli in a bowl. Top the bowl with salmon and green onion.

Step 7: Add a small amount of additional sesame oil and JF mustard vinaigrette

Step 8: Top with additional Everything Style Spicy Salt and enjoy!
