Fast Spicy Lime Salmon

A bit of a change from my go-to tuna, I tried canned salmon today which is not typically my thing, but turned out surprisingly well. The key here is a squeeze of fresh lime and my JF Curry Salt - its almost like a faux ceviche hack. Serves 1.


1 can salmon, drained and flaked very fine
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
White onion, chopped
Cilantro, coarsely chopped
Squeeze of fresh lime


Step 1: In a large bowl, using the flaked salmon as your base, begin working in the JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette; season with JF Spicy Salt, and cracked black pepper. Adjust to taste.

Step 2: Add your chopped jalapeño, white onion, and cilantro. Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lime and plate in a halved avocado with extra JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette drizzled over top. Enjoy on its own or with plantain chips.
