Lettuce wraps filled with shrimp

Grain-Free Shrimp Wrap

My version of a cost-effective, mayo-free lobster roll: The JF Grain-Free Shrimp Wraps. Boil your shrimp in traditional spices, roughly chop, toss with crunchy veg, and this is the result. Insanely good! 20 shrimp yields approx. 10 wraps.

Dijon Vinaigrette

Step 1 - In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut yogurt, dijon, olive oil, champagne vinegar, tarragon, chives, and JF Spicy Salt.

Step 2 - Adjust to taste. Once satisfied with the consistency, set aside.

Boiled Shrimp

Step 1 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season with JF Spicy Salt, cracked black pepper, and Old Bay.

Step 2 - Throw your shrimp in. Let them cook until curled and pink throughout, then drain, cool, and roughly chop.

Step 3 - In a large bowl, combine our chopped shrimp with the celery, red onion, and chives. Toss in our dijon vinaigrette.
