Tribeca Tuna

Easy, on-the-go tuna today - super simple to prep ahead and keep office lunches clean + delicious. Make this one your own with as much or as little of anything as you like; my preferences aren’t yours! Serves 1 with leftovers.

INGREDIENTS

2 cans low-sodium tuna, drained and flaked very fine
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Grainy dijon mustard, to taste
11⁄2 Tbsp jalapeño, deseeded and diced
Red onion, chopped
1 Tbsp capers, chopped

TOPPINGS

A drizzle of olive oil
Chives, chopped
JF Spicy Salt, to taste

PROCESS

In a large bowl, using the flaked tuna as your base, begin working in the JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, JF Spicy Salt, and grainy dijon. Adjust to taste. Add your jalapeno, red onion, and capers; combine throughout.

Serve in half an avocado topped with a drizzle of olive oil, chives, and extra JF Spicy Salt. Enjoy!
